Jordan DeVille

Jordan brings a strong service-driven background to his work in real estate, shaped by years in luxury hospitality and fine wine programs across the country, including Aspen, San Francisco, and Cape Cod. He attributes his passion for client care and attention to detail to his experience working at renowned properties such as The Little Nell in Aspen, Colorado, and Belmond El Encanto here in Santa Barbara.

Jordan’s path to real estate is also deeply personal. When he was a teenager, his family faced financial hardship and his mother made the difficult decision to sell their home to ensure Jordan and his sister could remain in good schools. He promised her that one day he would buy her a home, and later fulfilled that promise. Helping his mother find the perfect place and witnessing the joy it brought her sparked his passion for guiding others toward homeownership and meaningful life milestones.

Today, Jordan is known for his genuine care, strong work ethic, and commitment to helping clients find not just a property, but the right place to call home. In his free time, he enjoys rock climbing, nature photography, and playing and coaching hockey at the local rink in Goleta, staying active and connected to the community he serves.
